The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Agreed. I wonder what the company and the board is thinking? Our new member of the board is, by my rough calculation, down about $200,000 on his initial investment upon joining the board. Can't imagine he's impressed, or any of the executives who are also heavily invested.
