I agree, this is likely good news and will positively impact XBC. I say "likely" because ENERGIR is huge and has many irons in the fire including (large) hydro, wind, solar and even "cow" (that's from their website) power.

Their RNG page is early stage (in relative terms compared to wind / solar) but that's not necessarily a bad thing for XBC - they can partner and grow it out together. I see that they have a RNG plant under counstruction in Quebec City - will be interesting to find out who the partners are for that one. https://www.energir.com/en/about/our-energies/natural-gas/renewable-natural-gas/

I had previously mentioned that XBC would not make it out more than 3-5 years on its own because it would likley get acquired and I spewed off some possible acquirors - well after reading through ENERGIR's site I'd like to revise that list and put ENERGIR at the top of the potential acquirors list. It will certianly be interesting to see how this rolls out.

One final side note to those looking to make some quick short-term gains and don't like the normal pull backs should take their pennies and move on to Robinhood where you can get 30-50% gains in a day (oh yeah you can also loose that and more the very next day when the day US traders move onto the next hot stock like HERTZ, cruise line cos or airlines).... then come back and let us know how that works out. That in itself would be worth a book... "THE GAMES PEOPLE PLAY"
