That's a valid argument. That's why we all have to diversify. I love BPY preferred due to the low volatility. Tax doesn't concerns me a bit since it is under RRSP. Bank prime rates are the lowest ever. I don't think we can go any lower therefore tied to the rates are a great risk/return scenario for me.
