That's just the way it works.
I and many here know, because we had tons of CRK, crocodile gold, shares
that contracted about 7Xs the total number of shares during two phases of
the merger to KL.
How does that work peepers, when they contract are those same shares not more pregnant than prior to going into labour?

But it works out in the end. I've been quite pleased.
More to do with capitalization and apportioning the capitalization of each.
Still it's quite a sting at first that 10s and 10s and 10s etc of thousands of shares
of the smaller gold company, going down about 7Xs what CRK had and no doubt
what WM has now - something like over 500 million shares which CRK was at
roughly too at the time of the merger with KL.
Ouch !!!!!!!
Can't complain now though. Quite happy !!!!!!
KL is a very unique company and great war chest of money and more and more
coming in each quarter to do who knows what with in the future.
Certainly or probably, merge with WM. Let's hope so.
