RE:RE:RE:Caution on Preferred SharesBrookfield average lease spans 9.2 years. That's not something you can just break because they want to. Also I read an interview with Bruce. He stated that the leasing is stronger than ever due to companies providing more foot space to their employees. Eliminating hot desking etc... My opinion is that the current conditions are not allowing to fully embrace the stay at home work. We are social creatures. We need human contact. You might think It is fun for few months. Try 10 years in a bedroom closet with 2 kids screaming behind you. Especially not in New York and London where not everyone can afford a dedicated office.
