RE:RE:RE:Caution on Preferred Shares

RE:RE:RE:Caution on Preferred SharesI am an old school Investor with an extensive work history. I only pick value stocks with stable backgrounds and dividends. I don't chase Nikola and Tesla casino stocks. I leave that for the gamblers. With all being said. I found it so funny that Brookfield even considered a risky stock. It is the safest stocks out there yet people still dumping that like it is the end of the world. They just announced that they are picking up 15% of the remaining shares with a decent premium and people still dumping. Go figure. Does any of these people really DD what BPY has n their hands and who are standing behind them? I am talking about BAM with private sovereign funds behind them. These people own the air we breathe and anyone seriously worry about some stupid malls? For them that's an afterthought. If it doesn't work they just build something else on the lot. The land worth more than the market values the whole thing.
