Yes sir, I totally agree with that statement, no significant dilution would be needed if uncle sam likes the play.  I would add that the CYP was mentioned in the Ore Act atricle that went around 10 daze back.  And we did not pay to be that report.  

There once a trial in Tonopah, many years ago, a dispute over mineral rights of some sort and an old prospector was called to the stand:

John Pittman was lead council for the defence.  

Mr Piittman asks the old prospector " So Mr. Klein, how long have been been working in the area?"

Old Klein responds "sir I have been wandering these hills for more than 25 years"

Pittman, "so Mr. Klein, you have been prospecting this area for 25 years?"

Klein, "well, no, I have been prospecting for about 5 years, the rest of the time I was looking for my burro"
