RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:7acres unionizing? To add md, the culture at Supreme was created by Fowler/team from the start but the transition since Fowler left is what will allow the company and that culture to survive and more importantly thrive. While it woud have been good to see Fowler make these changes it is/was not his mindset and we may have seen the doors closed or sold off by now without a major change in course.
This transition since Nov/Dec and team in place since have added the necessary changes for the top shelf staff, facilities and product to achieve and maximize it's potential without losing it's culture and core beliefs by adding a sound business and marketing system...of which you can't have the culture survive and flourish without it.
Of what I have seen and heard with regard to Beena and the support and buy in with Moore and La Brier this transition is a winner for all and especially the SHs...FIRE has it all and is ready to go even on the first quarter post change in direction, of which has been upgrade and organizational for the most part and the last 6wks or so of execution. Looking at the issues and problems yet to be resolved with the rest in the sector, Supreme is positioned better than any on most every level, maybe not the biggest but the best and improving. JMHO...Opt

We all know mistakes were made by past management but we must not forget the redicoulous policy/retail rollout headwinds they also faced. All staff at 7acres and supreme knew the reality of things, hard decisioms were made, and we we are hopefully pulling through leaner and meaner. If the $ was not coming in the door then expenses must be cut elsewhere until we fixed the problem. Everyone was impacted by those decisions. Right now I suspect every single person under the supreme umbrella are focused on one thing which is proving that supreme is the real del! We can talk unionization once we know this puppy making solid bank. until then buckle up and work their a$$e$ off.
