I think Primo already received purchase order

I just read press release again and I feel that Primo already received some purchase orders

Andy Dhaliwal as VP sales, mentioned Nitrition House and give info of sales routes through Thrives distribution network.

However, there was very important comments Andy Jagpal, President made.
"The team has been working diligently to secure purchase orders; effectively bringing in recurring revenue for the Company.
It sounds like Primo is making contracts with clients to provide hand sanitizer. It is not only one time, but it seems they made several times by monthly or periodically. So, Primo will have recurring revenues when the contracts start.
