RE:PyroGenesis BacklogTeeoff01 wrote: Good morning / afternoon Longs,
A refresher post, as of June 15th, 2020, the PyroGenesis backlog stood at $30.27 million. With the recently announced U.S. Navy contract for two waste destruction systems inbound in 2-3 weeks time, our backlog will increase to >$40 million.
As the business continues to scale-up, particularly with respect to the Plasma Torches and impending ramp-up of Powders and Drosrite, I am looking forward to seeing guidance in the coming quarters ahead on this front.
I am by no means a fortune teller, but I expect we will soon see another zero and then some added to the current backlog in the coming quarters and years ahead.
My 2 cents worth.
It, IMO, will undoubtedly be another 0 added to the backend of the current backlog by next year and many many years to come.
Concerning this 3rd Qtr ( Sept. 30 ), IMO, I believe strongly that our current backlog will be greater than $ 100M.
It's simply taking the $ 40 M current forecasted backlog ( Carrier biz included ) to adding a mere minimum $ 60M for plasma torch biz.
That $ 60M is just a reflection of 15 torches ( an assumed $ 4.08 M Cdn ea. ) being placed on order. Is it possible ? Please grab a coffee, if it may help, to think about that real possibility. Remember, they have 3 potential clients already, That we know of !!
Keep in mind, that in the last several years their annual revenues were @ $ 5 - 7M. Plus a large bulk of their shares traded during those years ranging from $ 0.50 - $ 0.65 each share.
Simply ' food for thought ' .
Best wishes All, good health,
Good Fortune,
Sincerely,
