RE:RE:RE:RE:Pacific PreciousOne just needs to look at TVI Pacific back in 2015. They are a company that had a heavily weighted portfolio of pacific properties.

In 2015 in the Phillipines, 2 of the company's former execs were kidnapped by local terrorists with ties to al qaeda and one killed a year later when randsom wasn't paid.

I was invested in TVI in 2003 but got out when locals began protesting their exploration activities.
I guess by 2015 they had enough.

I have since learned to stay away from 3rd world countries for my investments. Lots of opportunities in North America.

But with ORX, PNG is only a small part of their portfolio and a seperate company, so minimum exposure.
