The 4 patents in this suit were first used in the Lg litigation. Wi-lan prevailed after two back to back suits in the lengthy legal battle with IPR and counter suit threat, as LG threw in the towel and decided to settle last November.

So I am surprised Motorola has not quickly to settle after the lG verdict.
