In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

Just because they asked for a extension of a week, doesn't mean there going to need a full week to get this done. I think we're going to hear something sooner than that. To me it also looks like this is being held back. That wall at one cent looks really spread out over a hundred plus trades and looks for the most part "fake". That's the impression I'm getting. It also looks like for the most part the half cent bracket is washed up as well. Locked and loaded $$$$
