RE:RE:The price will stabilize very soon.....Today we will close in the red. By how much? It is not an issue any more. We have seen the worst last week and things begin to form a base. Trading below 0.3, as I said, is priced in with no real growth for the next six months. It will be a long base building and a heart wrenching grind for shareholders. But not all hope is lost - the situation changes every day with the development of the pandemic. The sign of recovery will sprout much earlier than you think. When you read the pandemic is over from the Headlines this sp has already be multiples of the present trading range,
Look at what we have gone through. First, China was the epic centre, then followed by Southern Europe, then the Northern States of the US, then South and Central Americas , then the Southern States, then Africa. Who else in the world is left without being mentioned? Either regional immunity as full population got infected first or we have a vaccine by the end of the year. All paths of development point to a the pandemic eventually turns to another common flu, just like the 1918 pandemic become H1N1 flu as we know of today.

The market reacts to the oversold condition (last two days) and rebounded today on larger than average volume. In fact the market appears to regard 0.2 as the point of “make or break”. Today the idea of this company going under is removed. Is it going to be on a longer term recovery from the bottom like the two weeks after March 19? With SP under 0.3 revenue growth is assumed as ZERO. At this point in time the situation in the Southern States supports this view. And we will see in the near term SP trading below 0.3. I will be curiously watching signs when the mood of market turns around and begin to price in future growth again. Of course two news definitely helps - a vaccine is found and the Covid is surely under controlled.

The market appears to think the future revenue based in Texas and Florida cannot materialize as long as a vaccine is non-existence. Lower than 0.2 means the market trades like it will eventually go under and the company is assumed keeping on silent.
What RHT said optimistically about on May 29 does not seems to happen to the company while it’s peers are doing well, like Livongo.
