The 21 licenses in the Western Foreland cover a combined area of 1,808 square kilometers to the north, south and west of the Kamoa-Kakula Copper Complex.

It's not RF's company. He owns, I believe, slightly less than 14% of the shares out. And Chinese state miners own more than 40%. "The Board" is not just RF. CITIC and Zijin are calling the shots. Anyone who can count (shares) can see that. And there are no Western majors who will step into this. They would have come forward years before Chinese state miners ever got involved. But after the 2018 DRC mining law ripped to shreds every preexisting ten year stability pact in the country -- including the one they signed with IVN -- you can be sure they're never coming back. You'll take what CITIC and Zijin offer.

That said, I'm sure RF will try to attain the best buyout possible, assuming there is one. But shareholders like Tops (and Two Good) won't be dictating to the Chinese how to run their business, or what you're willing to accept.
