The ASC issues were all resolved.  If we call them, they will tell us the same.  They do not like how we handled certain issues such as listing a Canada address on our website for our office when we had no office--the reason we work 18 hours a day for six days a week with no vacation time for less than an average minimum wage and were not able to do everything ourselves.  The other issue was that we did not keep up to date on shareholding and option filing though I have not bought or sold a share in over ten years or more.  What happened I did not remove options that had expired.  Then, they said that our press releases were exaggerated.  They meant the five billion LOI, for example.  So we sent them a copy.  Then they said the 50 billion dollar project size was not mentioned and it was an exaggeration.  So we sent them proof by e-mails between the bank and ourselves.  Then they said it was not a material event but the SEC regulates us considering it important so we have a conflict.  We live in the US so we will follow the SEC as they govern us as individuals in Genoil.  Then they said they did not like our history in all of this.  That is the story.  Our lawyers said they will not budge.

 

Now, we spent about a million dollars to bring the accounting up to date, and all paperwork,  etc., and that is a lot of money to us.  If you do not believe us, that is something I cannot change.  But this correspondence is becoming senseless.  I understand your frustration but we do not believe as the ASC that it is a crime to run out of money.

 

If they disagree with this, have them tell you what is in error with the above.

There is no other solution !!  You have to get the ASC onside or every Canadian that supported you gets screwed and you don't seem to care. It has to be a top priority and is obviously not. You have spent as much time emailing me as it would take contacting them. You just finished telling me you are too busy to put in an effort to work with the ASC. Are you kidding me ???  And then you fault me for getting upset ?!?  Give me Genoils attorneys phone number and allow them to speak freely with me

When I call them they deny all comments that people tell me.  I can't waste any more time calling them.  That is what I have lawyers for.   This will be worked out in time.

You are not the public. You are the CEO ! They have no reason to lie to investors of any company. It is also not their job to chase non-complying companies. It is 100 % your responsibility. Contact your incompetent lawyers (if they are not in an alley with a syringe in their arms) and make a conference call with the ASC and then you will know exactly what is happening.. Either your lawyers are misleading you or you are misleading us but the ASC misleads nobody.

It is not true.  My goal is to solve this before July 1.  You can tell them to call me.  I have already spoken to them before and they said that they are not allowed to talk about the status of any action with the public.

The Alberta Securities Commission told me today to ask Genoil why they can't seem to comply with the rules and regulations as set out by them for every publicly traded company.
