RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Caldas Gold trading halt - July 13th

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Caldas Gold trading halt - July 13thso that was why the move was exagerated, from those who had stop losses in place.

if running the company into the ground means making over $100 mil free cash per year then yes, running the company into the ground is very profitable.

a short time ago marmato was valued at nothing. now suddenly marmato is more important than segovia even though marmato contributes near nothing to free cash and earnings.

they probably add the extra warrants because people are afraid to invest in what they think is not one of the safer countries. gcm would probably act as the backstop and buy what others don't buy. maybe they don't want to hold too large a percent of caldas because some investors avoid companies that have a single very large majority holder.
if gcm buys that offering then that would be a good buy for them which would dilute the sarc holders back which people have been complaining about.

Can anyone explain why they’re running the company into the ground?  Extremely confusing considering the CEO is one of the largest shareholders.
