You are right, Vic brought them in but it was Simon who saw that Aphris was wasting millions of dollars on bugs as natural pesticides at their other locations and put the Mastronardi's in charge of running the show and cutting the costs. Vic build a great foundation but you are forgetting Vic almost destroyed it all Simon had to come in and right the ship!
