The situation now...and scattered thoughts.Scattered thoughts:
1) Those bids at 0.75 yesterday are extremely interesting. Why would someone buy the
shares at 75 when the takeout price is now 74?   As I suggested earlier, the reason might be that someone know that these shares are going to go for more than 75 eventually. Or, it could be that someone wants the shares so as to vote in a certain direction? Although, I think only shareholders from a few weeks ago are allowed to vote.

2) Some privatizations go like this: a) drive price down b) corps privatize company, small shareholders get the boot c) corp sells now private company at a huge profit

Okay, just the two scattered thoughts  I guess.

The situation now:
1) 74 stands (this debacle is finally over).
2) somehow, a higher bid comes through
3) bid is matched or not
4) a situation that I have not considered
