Ontario to enter Level 3 this Friday

Toronto remains at Level 2 but Kitchener will be included in Level 3 (the significance is both Toronto and Kitchener Stores authorization are in progress, Ottawa still in public notice.). with any luck Kitchener will open tothe public... with masks of course!
