US Legal - Some discussion

US Legal - Some discussion(1) Let us review what we have:
(a) Biden platform (do not know how much we can trust after election)
(b) We have McConnell (Rep) who has veto power and extreme against MJ
(c) Biden at this time seem to be way ahead of Trump in polls, swing states, Electoral college, Senate count, etc.

(2) I think there may be some possibility Trump (who may be desperate to win both Presidency and Senate) matches Biden offer before election.  Will like to know your thoughts how much possible this may be ?  Many thanks in advance.
