Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Aphria Should Acquire US Producer C21 Investments CXXI

Aphria Should Acquire US Producer C21 Investments CXXIwith their extensive operations in Oregon and Nevada and their licensed dispensaries in the State of Nevada. They have lots of products being sold at their Silver State Relief Dispensaries and have growing revenues and are extremely profitable. This would give Aphria a great presence in the United States West Coast. Also c21 has a low share count so the takeover could be done for less than $200! Something for Irwin Simon and his board to consider rather than going after a big problem like Aurora!
