Reaching a settlement is a major milestone for AJX! Having a major OEM agreement on a patent issue is a significant validation of AJX intellectual property and based on this success I anticipate more patent violating companies will be on the radar in the future (they'll either have to pay a royalty, strike a supply deal, or face a lawsuit). 

It really looks like the settlement with Kubota goes beyond a simple royalty (as the case was with Raven) otherwise they would have been able to publish those details today without requiring a 45-60 day period to final the document. Hopefully it means that Kubota has now become a major customer for AJX going forward.
