To authorize the directors to implement a consolidation of the outstanding common shares of the Company on up to a one (1) post-consolidation common share for up to every twenty (20) pre-consolidation common shares, in addition to the ability of the directors to implement a consolidation on a one (1) post-consolidation common share for up to every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares, for cumulative consolidations of up to one (1) postconsolidation common share for up to every two hundred (200) pre-consolidation common shares.
