RE:RE:RE:Apple?Apple's motion was for a retrial. I believe the motion appeared in the docket after the market closed. So after 1 p.m. California time.

I expect we would see Apple's appeal after market close. I'm not sure how Wi-LAN will be handling their potential litigation. For instance, if Wi-LAN wants treble damages for the post-iPhone 7 models, will that be a new case?
