RE:RE:Notice of appeal

Fishtail, my understanding is that the appeal automatically goes forward. However, the federal court may not grant the appeal if they feel there are no grounds. That still means waiting 14 months for the appeal to be heard.

See my other question on the joint motion to stay pending appeal. The joint motion doesn't make sense to me. It may explain why the share price went up instead of down when the appeal news came out. The joint motion could signal a deal is in the works.
