I forgot to mention (1) Donald will have no incentive after election (because of 2nd term) (2) If Rep make promise only, they can easily back out. Difficult for Demo to back out, because it is their first term (3) I do not wish to impose my ideas on any one, simply expressing my opinion. Thx.
