Too much promise but they caught Gravitas and Canaccord in their promise of a bright future, so those guys were rightly, well, pi--ed off. Then add in real bad faith performance by the Visionary of Moseda, several mis-steps like with equipment requirements, and then the start up by Sampson et al of competing entities using RHT technology and know-how. The thing was, however, these guys knew to focus on collectiblity of bills!!! Now, Samson's entities operated more like clinics and so the patient number was small, This demonstrated, along with what was clearly happening internally at RHT with their receivables, 98% uncollectable and absolutely no prospect of the prevailing startegy changing this, they had to seek new strategies to ensure receivables would be realised. They have also been distracted by several legal issues in addition to Sampson (and I am not too sure whether there is still concern that these might have significant impact on RHT), but they seem to have their house in (shall we say 'much') better order. They had nearly $1MM in receivables last qtr end and, with legal $$settlements, they have been confident to state 'no equity raises'. I trust that is case and, with new contracts promising realisable revenue streams (even if more tiered that in the good-old-days), that what comes now will be worth the wait. One problem I see is that Lisa Crossley, despite the experiences over the past 3 years making her wiser, and the current BoD, are not the right mix to take the company forward.
Oh for sure....after all that work and gaining traction .... get rid of the CEO and BoD....ARE YOU SERIOUS...YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!!!!!...uh, no....they are definitely the right mix. Great work Reliq Mngt!!!!
