Allenjames - some humans are scum like yourself and Jared who are happy to use lies, deception and half-truths to confuse and trick other humans out of their hard earned capital for personal gain.  As for your talk of lawsuits you can kiss my @ss.  I say bring it on if you have the nuts to set the entire MGX, Jared Lazerson, Zimtu, Dave Hodge, Ron MacDonald, Zinc8 et al courtcase into motion.  You see, some of us have been paying close attention to all of the backroom deals and keeping track of all the outright lies over the years along with the BS from paid promoters.  The internet makes for a lovely recording tool as we can all go back and see what was said by whom and when.  If you can't handle my foul big mouth then get off of fu$king chat rooms or just shut the fu$k up for a while.  Your constant backing of this foul and disgusting company called MGX and its ceo Jared Lazerson unfortunately brings out the worst in me because it disgusts me how people like you and Jared behave towards you fellow man.  I don't care to take this court as I myself do not have enough skin in this game to make it worth it but if a subpeona shows up at my door I will gladly meet you there.  Let's get it all on the table of what has transpired over the past 4-5 years.
