I should also mention the financing is a bought deal (for those that dont know, this means the underwriter guarantees the funds...so unless a technical due diligence issue comes to light (which I believe is unlikely), the financing should close on that date). Beacon is good ibank that has some very experience bankers and sales people. They have been around for sometime and obviously took a good look at these assets before pledging thier capital against the financing.

Again...I restate - from an intitial 8c unit to 30c bought deal...management has done a great job putting this together. Basic market is still only about $20m or so at this level...I remember companies with a lot less asset package trading at multiples this market cap in the last cycle. Lots of room here.
