The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

RE:taking us privateAs an investor, I have had ity happen twice.  Both times, the majority shareholder offered a price to shareholders equal to or slightly above the current trade price. 

Of course, with significant debt and a "last reported" AISC greater than the POG, I doubt we would be offered a premium.  

The company won't be posting AISC data for the remained of the year.  The reason cited were the one time costs of the shutdown for Covid and restart finance etc.   With Appian taking control, that works in their favor IF  going private was in the works. 

This is purely speculative though so don't act on it.  I am a retail investor, nothing more.
