Allenjames - You are nothing but a blowhard.  You are nobody's best friend as it is highly unlikely that you have any friends at all.

My big mouth is just telling the truth as I see it from my own research and from documenting the actions of Jared/MGX.  Your big mouth is full of idle threats and hogwash.   I would actually like to see this all come out in a court of law and some forensic accounting done to find out who ended up with the hundreds of millions of dollars of investor capital.  A lot of money changed hands and there have been some pretty nefarious dealings especially as it relates to MGX/Zimtu and other related Zimtu companies like BEA and now Zinc8.  

Are you not the least bit curious why/how Jared was bought off with MGX investor dollars to leave Zinc8 and then in turn gave the sweetheart loan reprieve deal to Zinc8 in return?  How was this deal in the best interest of MGX investors?  I hope the dissident investors are looking into this suspect transaction along with others like the BEA Kibby money transfer between two Zimtu backed companies.  Where and how did all of that captital change hands and more or less disappear and MGX in the end has basically zero to show for it?

Let me know when to expect my subpeona as I look forward to testifying and speaking out in front of a judge or jury of my peers.
