Still HopeHi all,
I have occasionally read this board for a good laugh and to gain a little info from some posters about the sector. Its ta shame the board is filled with such nonsense. I thought i would provide a little info into the Moosehead JV. I spoke with Dr. Sen a little while ago. He is very well spoken and a fantastic person.
Regarding the Moosehead deal - It is all ready to go. We are waiting for co packers (more than one) to get extracts license. Once this happens, we will have beverages on the shelf. covid-19 has delayed everything and understandably so. Sen understands the most important thing right now is getting products to market to start making revenue. As for a timeline, we need to be patient a little while longer and hope health canada certifies asap. We also need to take into account a second wave and how that might affect things (hopefully not).
Regarding the debt to be settled in oct - The debt is owed to a single hedgefund. As i understand it, theres a potential for renegotiation of some sort.
Regarding THR - Apparently, there is very little money to be made in cultivating cannabis like everyone once thought at the begining of cannabis legalization. Options are being explored. As long as the co packer has the appropriate licensing, sproutly will be able to roll out beverages.
There is a ton of potential with Sproutly, however, execution will be key in the coming month(s).
Stay safe and healthy
