If APHA was in recent and serious discussions with ACB I would consider this the opposite to an asset light approach to say the least. That would indicate to me that there is no serious discussion with any multinational at this moment and it would then be reasonable to assume that any other multi would be taking the same financial prudence with regards to assets. The take away from that would be that APHA and ACB will need each other to compete with the growing giants south of the border as neither have a serious mutination merger in progress. Just an opinion to consider.
