Warrants

Warrants Warrants are probably all gone

"The closing date of the Offering is expected to occur on or about February 28, 2020"
"All securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day."

That would have been Monday the 29th of June. Would explain the dip we saw that week when the lenders bought then sold. And we know that lenders don't play the stock market, they got in for cheap and sold at a good profit.
