I suppose we're somewhat alike.
Both "old" (made 70 yesterday), fairly well off, long NLC, overexposed NLC, averaged down to this degree of over-exposure, confident in future of NLC.
I'm holding more than 40% over what I want(ed) to hold. The averaging down possibilities were just too attractive. When we get to $1, I can start selling those 40+% at >100% of purchase price and further reduce the average (calculated) price.
With luck, I can get it down to the price I paid for the ones given to the grandchildren (study fund).

Page 111 of the PEA report was the turning point for me. Such a natural simple and clean process. Basically, we produce lots of tablesalt, a lot less of salt mixture K/Na-Cl, a bit of gypsum and very little of "other rubbish". All environmentally reasonably harmless at the location of 3Q.
They've mentioned potassiumchloride as a byproduct, but I don't see much commercial value there.

Proceeds of selling the 40+% will go into the other overexposed position (O&G), which is in a similar position  as NLC is/was.
We'll just have to wait and see how this all develops.

Have fun.

I value your opinion and appreciate the links you provide. I hold more shares in this company than I care to admit, thank you for your DD over the last few years. When I read JL's reports and consider the bottle neck supply and demand scenario over the coming next few years I'm as optimistic and as confident as I was in Air Canada 8 years ago that made me a wealthy old man....I have been an investor for many years in various projects and have never felt as comfortable with a venture play as NLC in many years. I have done my DD to the fullest, this is the best of the best. Trust me this is a once of a life time opportunity. Soon the investment community will see what we have seen for the past few years. The stars are aligning. Good luck to all.

Have fun waiting for a 100% return from 50 cent to a $1 when the oversupply problem corrects itself in 2025-27.
