RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Jack Haze Totally different scenario for FIRE today than 6mos ago joh, just can't see Beena making the move to FIRE just to flip it? We are going to see much different comparables between FIRE and the rest of the sector starting with last quarter's report, especially if there is profit realized for the period.
I think they can grow on what they already have and pick up the best top quality small batch grows as they go but they don't need a large number of items, just the best quality and a few new now and then when available....which is what is being 'right sized' out now with the rest of the sector. FIRE is right sized and more for the industry at this stage of it's evolution and we should be seeing these lines much more clearly over the short term.
How do see last quarter sales with all the info to date, +/- $20mil? Anything in the $20mil range is going to be huge for really less than 2mos of shelving and production. JMHO...Opt

side. Mandate from Beena was to hammer the wholesale market until the rec volumes were big enough - as they ramp production.
lots of merger acquisition talk in the sector -
cronos is an intriguing merger/aquisition as they have tons of cash and fire would allow them to get a better foothold on the flower market in Canada as they set their sites on USA.
Tilray not sure
aphria has that connection obviously,
canopy toured 7acres facility months back and rumors were they were interested. Similar to cronos - they could use fire to capture that flower market share. as they can't grow.
things could heat up in the sector - should be an exciting 6months for sure - heading into USA election.
