PB s\could be very conservative in his deliberation(s) wrt the drilling program at Chinook, while the government's policies are very onerous, maye, just maybe they are also beneficial to TXP? LOL. Sometimes we expect a company to work miracles; also even the US Embassy has to inject a dose of reality into the discussion. Meaning in PB wants a specific person to observe the drilling in real time and on-site, SAFETY in #1. In the scheme of things, the downside to NOT WAITING for a preferd technical expert might take a backseat the "wild" option.
