RE:What am I missing?Please go ahead and short PYR, if this is what your due diligence determines, go ahead and burn.  You obviously don't really understand the direction PYR is currently moving towards. Read up on the RISE contract, DROSRITE contract, Boring contract, and Clients A,B and C. If you are truly not a short manipulator you don't belong on the venture exchange for this is where giants start out. There is risk involved in innovative technology, PYR is clearly past the risk stage.
