Torstar is a reporting issuer (public company) in Ontario and the OSC is its principal regulator. As such, your complaint is being reviewed by the Office of Mergers & Acquisitions of the OSC. Their review of this matter will focus on any potential violation of Ontario securities law. Please note that regulatory reviews are conducted confidentially.
