Ufoolme had cash as $95 million which is clearly wrong since it does not take into account the $49 million CAD Viziya sale. Ufoolme then assumed the $109 million USD Apple settlement could be used to justify Quarterhill's share price but didn't convert the USD settlement to CAD.

Ufoolme didn't provide a takeover price other than saying there should be a bit of a premium. LOL
