RE:RE:RE:RE:Dilution...and then...The additiona "half shares" only count when:

A)  Stock price far exceeds $0.125
B)  Warrant holder decides to exercise (they have to pay $0.125 for those shares).

Exercising of warrants provides additional cash to the company.
