humbleguy13 wrote: Hello all...I am new to the boards here, ...I just spent about an hour looking at the news releases posted right here on Stockhouse.  Since the company went public in 2011, I do not understand the extreme optimism that is being expressed here.
Based purely on the financials, I cannot understand what people are seeing that I am not.
Would you be long or short this company based on financials?
2011 Revenue 4.6 million      Total Net Loss 7 million
2012 Revenue 3.3 million      Total Net Loss 5.8 million
2013 Revenue 5.7 million      Total Net Loss 3.4 million
2014 Revenue 5.8 million      Total Net Loss 3.2 million
2015 Revenue 6.2 million      Total Net Loss 4.9 million
2016 Revenue 5.2 million      Total Net Loss 6.9 million
2017 Revenue 7.1 million      Total Net Loss 6.1 million
2018 Revenue 5 million         Total Net Loss 7.8 million
2019 Revenue 4.8 million      Total Net Loss 9.1 million

2020 Quarter 1 Revenue 718k
In addition to revenue, they do sell a few shares by way of private placement of debentures and warrants… approximately $30 million of private placements...
Dec 2013 1.3 million private placement
May 2014 3.5 million private placement
May 2014 issued 7.5 million shares to Peter’s father to settle $6 million debt.
Nov 2014 1.5 million private placement
Mar 2015 4 million private placement
Jul 2016 1.1 million private placement
2017 No Private Placement Money, but check out 2018!!!
Mar 2018 3.5 million private placement
Apr 2 2018 3 million private placement
Apr 20 2018 1.8 million private placement
Sep 2018  4  million private placement
Dec 2018  3 million private placement
May 10 2019  3 million private placement
And lets not forget the very strange 900k loan in March of 2020 @ 12% interest with a conversion price of 0.28 cents…

So what am I missing?  There are big promises and billion dollar contracts being disucssed here and Peter has made an enormous amount of money with these companies and keeps the fires burning with issuing an incredible amount of news releases about the impending explosion that is going to happen witht he company, but he was an investment banker, he knows how to play the game, pump pump pump.... I am way more inclined to short this company based on the actual numbers versus the expectations... unless of course someone can tell me what I am missing??

And I too say, Short for All your worth Humblepie. You will simply, make My day, soon enough. As for myself, I'm staying Long for the Long haul. And I'm not the one sweating, nor ever will be by staying Long.

 Best wishes All Long,

 Sincerely,

 Topseeker
