The Company is focused on acquiring historic sites, with low cost producing gold and other metals properties, with near term production potential and eight plus year mine life in the northern hemisphere. It has acquired an initial 80% interest in the Prospect Mountain Mine complex in Eureka, Nevada. The complex includes the Diamond Mine, the portal leads to over 10 miles of underground tunnels and infrastructure. The property lies in the Battle Mountain Eureka trend, in an area known as the Southern Eureka Gold Belt. It also holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Kenogami Lake Project, which is a gold exploration property located 15 kilometers southwest of Kirkland Lake, Ontario consisting of twenty-seven mineral claims totaling 500 hectares. The central focus for gold potential on the property is associated with two structures: Cadillac-Larder Lake Deformation Zone and Kirkland Lake Main Break.
