This (containment) expertise did not come-by very easily. Of course for some context; this happened during the time of a Miss Universe contest, "he" (as about this time videos have surfaced showing him doing a "pre-Calton"; but devoid\without an IOTA the rythm, maybe (island shopping) looking to emulate the "success" of Jeffry E)  was given the grand tour of the Trini equivalent of Florida swamp as it had a "haunted" handle. In retrospect, this island has some attributes that he might be seeking to emulate/duplicate. i.e. (he was allegedly looking for) a secluded island close to an international airport (Piarco) and I'm sure that a helipad was not have been out of the realm of possibility.

But I digess....now "his" Venezuela embargo is also hurting TT (during the recent election) as the two neighbours had a vision of Dragons being the ticket to backfilling the gap that is expounded on in the 2015 gas shortfall report.
