Prometic/ Liminal Founded October 14, 1994

Prometic/ Liminal Founded October 14, 1994Fast forward 25 years other than paying salaries and having a real knack for fleecing retail investors. They are very good at presenting the illusion of real progress while burning cash but they are essentially in nearly the same place they were before. Still waiting on BLA only difference is it is a re-submission this time.

If the plan was to get Ryplazim accross the finish line and dress the company up for a potential buyout their new purchase seems rather odd but I guess that's why KG gets the big bucks hope he is worth that 12.6M salary.  It would also be very interesting to know whether or not the shares that are going to be used for their latest purchase will be from the existing share pool (non-dilutive) or wil they be new issue (dilutive).
