A public company ceo\board chair I have known for many years told me that the "upkeep" costs on the major exchanges is such that you really need at least 30MM in sales to make it all worthwhile....(probably more now--that was about 20years ago). He headed a tech company so we can equate the two.
For tech though, NASDAQ is the Holy Grail because of it's history, so can understand that that is Evan's primary aim
Then I expect it becomes a business decision based on the "upkeep" costs and desire to reach the deep pockets of institutional investors who might be limiting themselves to the TSX
But total speculation and shooting from the lip. Let's see how it unfolds
