Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Single handedly brought the share value of the company from almost $2.00 down to a measely penny while managing to create a cease trade order of seven years to freeze out all the Canadian investors. It takes an amazing lack of talent and brains to pull of such a feat. Not just anyone could pull off such a debacle while continuing to con more more money into his web of deceit.
