We are down to the short strokes.....we will find out shortly but GECOM, as indicated in an earlier article, may just declare PPP/C the winners based on the recount and let Granger and co appeal all they want......miltary says they will back the constitution, which says GECOM can declare a winner so.....imho, we r close......
