RE:SP Rising? My feeling is that they dilly dallied for 4 years ,collecting fees shuffling board , getting permits etc.
Now they are on record saying that all this Rasmataz will more or less end in early 2021 with Bankability Feasability study and other needed permits .
To have any credibility left ( with govt. and investors )they must now deliver the goods and show their supposed competency .To do this they will have to find a buyer or partner / backer to develop the mine while at the same time reward shareholders ( somewhat) . Thus price will, need to rise !
I suspect a buyer is preferred but price May not be the original 5 cad scott Moore talked about way back in 2016-17 . Sweepy( I think) had a great post a month or more ago showing how it might only be 1.30ish Cad.. Given the number of shares now ,I suspect that is closer to a sale price than 5cad!
They can claim a 30% premium to current market price at time of sale ( let's say 1.20) when a buyout occurs for maybe 1.70 This will allow them to move on with their positive spin to the next project !!
To date there are no significant insider management buys and no private money by a Sprott
Lassonde or Lundin . Without this display of confidence ,I can't see valuation getting much beyond 2 cad!
Just my opinion !!
